    Ordered a kitchen package on 11/24/16 from jc penny on samsung package as a Christmas present, they scheduled delivery for the 27th, after christmas then called 2 buisness days before delivery and said the microwave was on back order and i wouldnt get anything till the 10th of january. They were very rude and dand said if i took microwave off of pacjage i might get the rest of my stuff but couldnt tell me when but not the 27th. Had contractor ready to install with the rest of the stuff since my kitchen was gutted and samsung cost me 1500.00 for thier ignorance....never again will i ever... More...
